MIAMI, (March 30, 2026) — Norwegian Cruise Line® (NCL) feiret dåpen av Norwegian Luna™ i Miami 27. mars 2026. Mer enn 2,000 gjester deltok ved seremonien ved selskapets LEED® Gold-sertifiserte terminal i PortMiami. Arrangementet inkluderte en opptreden fra skipets gudmor og skrogkunstner ELLE og ble avsluttet med den tradisjonelle flaskeknusingen mot skroget.
Norwegian Luna er 322 meter lang med en gjestekapasitet på 3,565. Skipet er en del av Prima Class og tilbyr et bredt utvalg av fasiliteter og opplevelser for familier og voksne, inkludert NCL-eksklusive Aqua Slidecoaster, samt nye aktiviteter som Moon Climber og Luna Midway.

Fra april 2026 til april 2027 seiler Norwegian Luna rundtur i Øst- og Vest-Caribien med stopp ved NCLs resort-øy Great Stirrup Cay i Bahamas og Harvest Caye i Belize. Great Stirrup Cay har nylig fått utvidelser som Great Life Lagoon med to swim-up barer, Splash Harbor for barn og det nye voksneområdet Vibe Shore Club. I sommer planlegges åpning av Great Tides Waterpark på nesten seks mål med 19 vannsklier, klippehopp, en 9,000 kvadratfot stor barnesone og en Wandering River på nesten 800 fot.
Etter sesongen i Miami skal Norwegian Luna seile fra New York med rundtursturer til Bermuda fra april 2027 til oktober 2027, med fire- og sju-dagers reiser som blant annet gir overnattinger i Bermuda.
